STEEL CABLE PULLING CONVEYOR BELT

Product performance: flame retardant, cold-resistant, wear-resistant, small elongation, large capacity, stable operation, good adaptability to large materials.

Production process: the skeleton material is galvanised steel wire rope, cover rubber core rubber is natural rubber and other mixing, after vulcanisation process.

Applicable scenes: building materials, mining, chemical industry, light industry, machinery, electric power, food and other sectors.

Feature

Pulled by steel cables, the belt only carries loads. So it has high capacity. It can support long distance conveyfor both people and goods.
The flame resistant type is self-extinguishing which can prevent fire accident and fire spread.

Belt structure

The belt is consist of lateral steel bars spring, intermediate rubber, top cover rubber, bottom coverrubber, ear rubber and edge rubber, it's vulcanized by special molding plate.

Spirit burner test	12 pieces of full thickness,12 pieces with covers removed and 12 pieces of ears. Average time for all flame or glow to disappear of full thickness and ear test pieces ≤ 3S. Individualtime for flame or glow to disappear on each of the test pieces ≤ 10S. Average self-extinguishing time of carcass ≤5S,Individual time ≤ 15S.
