Power Management System

1. System Introduction

The Power Management System (PMS) serves as the intelligent control core of a ship's power system. It monitors and manages energy devices like generators, optimizes the distribution and consumption of onboard electricity, and ensures stable, economical, and safe power supply. As a pivotal component in modern ship automation and energy efficiency management, PMS plays a vital role in maintaining optimal power operations.

2. System Functions

The Power Management System (PMS) automates and optimizes the vessel's electrical network. It controls generator operation and synchronization, manages power loads for optimal efficiency, and protects the grid from faults. The system also includes comprehensive energy monitoring and data analysis, supports specialized loads like UAV cabins, and provides full alarm management with historical data logging.

3. Advantages

Our system is engineered for maximum reliability and security. It features a redundant controller and dual-network architecture to ensure continuous, stable operation. Developed on a fully domestic software and chip platform, the core technology is independently controllable. The modular design allows for customized interfaces, while intelligent generator management optimizes fuel efficiency. With millisecond-level fault detection and isolation, the system guarantees a rapid response to ensure ultimate vessel safety.

4. Application Scenarios

Our systems are deployed across a wide range of vessels, including commercial ships like container vessels, tankers, and bulk carriers; specialized engineering ships such as dredgers and crane ships as well as cruise liners, passenger ferries, and the next generation of new energy ships.
